5.4 Should a dispute arise about the acceptance (or lack thereof) of any transaction in the customer's account, the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in deciding such matters.

5.5 Mr Ringo reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a bet void, totally or partly, if it is obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

  • Betting effected on odds which represented a different score than the actual;
  • Bet is received after the result of the event has been determined.

5.7 A bet can be declared void, and will be, in that event, settled with the odds of 1.00. In a combo/multi bet, the cancelled event is set to odds 1.00 and the overall slip odds is adjusted accordingly. The multi bet can still be won if the rest of the bets are also won. In case of technical difficulties for the company to cancel a bet, the company reserves the right to deduct any invalid winnings from its client's balances .

5.8 Unless otherwise stated – in the exceptions below, in the betting offer or in the special rules of each sport – the principle “all bets stand” applies to all bets . This means, that if the athlete(or team, etc .), on whom / which the bet has been placed, fails to participate – for any reason – the bet is considered as lost if the betting event takes place . The bet will be declared void, only in exceptional cases . Particularly in the following cases:

  • The event / tournament is cancelled or declared void .
  • The event / tournament is interrupted and restarted in more than 36 hours after the original start date / time .

5.9 Mr Ringo assumes no liability for correctness, completeness or up - to - datedness of the information services provided i . e . live scores and result messages sent via e - mail . The stake is exclusively the amount confirmed and recorded by the company . In case the erroneous event / market is cancelled all bets are void and the odds are set to 1,00.

5.10 Mr Ringo only accepts those results which have been achieved on the playing field or platform . Results amounting from disciplinary measures from a sports' court or another court of law will not be accepted. In case of violation of sports laws, the company reserves the right to freeze any winnings and withhold payment(s). This also applies for live betting events.

5.11 Winnings are paid out up to a maximum limit. If the Client places a bet and its payment exceeds the maximum winning limit, Mr Ringo is not liable for the excess of the amount. In such cases the payment of the winnings will be reduced correspondingly. This also applies if Mr Ringo has not warned the bettor against possible excesses of the winning limits when placing the bet. The maximum winning limit is EUR 20.000 or equivalent per Client and per Week. Mr Ringo reserves the right to determine different winning limits for individual players.

5.12 Stake Limits are the maximum acceptable stake for an event and the slip combination. Placing the same bet multiple times to exceed the stake limit will be considered as fraud by the Company and Mr Ringo reserves the right to cancel all the respective bets/stakes/slips.

5.13 Stakes are set by any individual Client, with the exception of the restriction imposed by winning limits in accordance with the calculation of winnings and possible stake limits. All Stakes should be covered by the Client’s account balance; otherwise the stake will not be allowed.

5.14 In order to avoid a bet not being accepted due to odds changes, the system automatically updates the odds before slip confirmation and the customer should check the latest odds in the betting slip before proceeding to the confirmation.

5.15 The Client may not combine related bets on the same event (“related bets” are two or more different bets that have related contingency).

5.16 The sportsbook stake unit is €0,20 and multiples. The Minimum Sportsbook Stake is €0,20.

5.17 If the balance in the account does not provide full coverage and the difference is not remitted in due time, offers for the placement of bets will be accepted by the company only in the order in which they are received for as long as the betting account for each individual bet is completely covered. If the stake for a bet is only partly covered by the balance on the account, the bet is deemed to be placed with a stake corresponding to the remaining balance on the account.

5.18 Live bets are settled on the company’s own statistics which are based on the actual run of play. Unless otherwise stated, in live betting all bets on “Non-runners” will be void.

Sports Rules

7.1 Miscellaneous

7.1.1 Change of venue. For any team sport: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will be void only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team. For all categories or markets other than team sports: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will stand. If there is a change in the type of scheduled surface after the market has been loaded, all bets will stand.

7.1.2 Dead heat. For each bet matched on a relevant winning selection, the stake money is first reduced in proportion by multiplying it by the sum of the number of winners, divided by the number of actual winners (i.e. stake multiplied by (number of winners expected/number of actual winners)). The winnings are then paid to the successful backers on this 'reduced stake' (reduced stake multiplied by traded price). For example, assume there is a dead heat for first place between three horses. 'Client A' has backed one of the winners for a stake of 300 at the traded price of 4.0. When the event is settled, the stake (300) is multiplied by 1/3 (i.e. the number of expected winners (1) divided by the number of actual winners (3)) to calculate the reduced stake (100). The backer then receives the traded price matched (4.0) multiplied by the reduced stake (4 x 100 = 400). In this example, Client A's net winnings are 100 (400 payout minus the original 300 stake).

7.1.3 Suspected Irregularities: Mr Ringo may withhold payments until an investigation has taken place by the relevant governing body/independent authority, when a game or sporting event contains any suspected irregularities.

7.1.4 Human error / System problems: If a bet is accepted at a price that is materially different from those available in the general market, at the time the bet was made, or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring then Mr Ringo will void all these bets.

7.1.5 Multiple bets: A multiple bet consists of a number of different chosen selections in any individual event market. Mr Ringo reserves the right not to accept certain multiple bets. If a multiple bet contains a selection that is being voided, the odds for this selection will be set to 1, i.e Event A odds 2.00, Event B odds 1.50, so Cumulative odds are 3.00. In case of Event B cancellation then odds will be set to 1.00 and the betslip will be settled as follows, Event A 2.00 X Event B 1.00= 2.00

7.1.6 Outrights / Ante Post: When placing “Outright” bets no stakes will be refunded on participants that are not participating or withdrawing from an event. In case of more winners the dead heat rule will be applied. If the event or tournament is not completed then all bets will be void upon official decision is published.

7.1.7 Postponed / Abandoned matches: If a match does not start on the scheduled starting date/time or starts but is later abandoned and is not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled completion date, all undecided bets will be void and set to odds 1.00.

7.1.8 ASIAN HANDICAP. Settled outcomes. There are five different settled outcomes being used: Win, Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarter (0.25, 0.75, 1.25 etc.).

I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.25, half of the stake is placed on over 2 and half of the stake is placed on over 2.5. If the game ends with exactly two goals (1-1, 2-0 or 0-2) the bet placed on over 2 is settled tie and the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled lose. This is called Half lose. If the game ends with more than two goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than two goals the bet is settled lose.

I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and half of the stake is placed on over 3. If the game ends with exactly three goals (2-1, 3-0, 1-2 or 0-3) the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled as win and the bet placed on over 3 is settled tie. This is called Half win. If the game ends with more than three goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled lose.

7.1.9 Display mode of Handicap markets

The handicap line (limit) that is displayed on the Handicap market (regardless is a 2way option or a 3way option market) it is referred to the team that is listed as home.

E.g1.
Handicap Points 25.5
Home team has an advantage of 25.5 points and away team has a disadvantage of -25.5 points

E.g2.
European Handicap 0:1
Home team has a disadvantage of 1 goal

If the tournament is abandoned, any bets placed after the last completed round will be void.

  2. Ski Jumping. Both participants in a head-to-head must qualify for and start in the event for bets to stand. Note that once qualified, one valid jump is enough for a competitor to achieve a result in (=finish) the contest.
  3. Skiing. Bets stand even in the case of an event taking place over a different distance to originally planned. Bets will stand as long as the result is officially recognized.
  4. Nordic Combined. Both participants must start in both sections of the event (ski jumping and cross country) and at least one must get a result (=finish the contest) for bets to stand.
